I placed an order for (3) $250 egift cards on 11/29 and within a couple hours I received a link for the 3 egift cards. Two of the links worked, but one of them returned an error 400 on the destination website, and I tried multiple computers, browsers and my phone with different internet providers and they all had the same issue. I examined the links manually, and saw nothing incorrect that I could distinguish (I've had some companies forget a . or other obvious character in the links before). I contacted Spafinder multiple times in the last day and the clueless customer service constantly resends the same links in the email, after I clearly explained it was not an issue on my side. I am on hold for the 4th time with customer service as my wife was going to the tomorrow. If they do the same thing again, I'll be filing a chargeback for $250. I know everywhere they need to cut costs wherever they can, but poor customer service will eventually catch up to them and be the nail in the coffin for the business. 12/3 Update: I responded to Spafinder with additional info, and have not heard anything more. The last attempt with customer support resulted again in being resent the same invalid link. Two of them have been used, if this does not get resolved by 12/5, I will be initiating a credit chargeback for the appropriate amount of the 3rd gift card. Update 12/9/2024: I have received MULTIPLE emails from BHN Customer service and have replied at least 3 times. They kept sending the same request for my contact info, and it was provided each time. Now I got an email today stating they are closing my case since I never responded. Why is this so difficult? I cannot believe even the escalation team is inept? Do they check spam filters?
