This bank still thinks it's 1979
This bank still thinks it's 1979 No app, still using the outdated and unreliable postal service. If you want to transfer an isa to them, it's all done by post, not online, once you have downloaded the form and filled it in, have to post it to them costing you the price of a stamp. Once they get round to opening your letter, they will then write to your other provider and request the transfer, expected to be completed in 15 days if not lost in the post In the meantime they have reduced the interest rate. Don't bother with this kind of poor service.
