Worst coverage in 25 years of using a mobile
Have been with TH for over 6 months and cannot wait to leave, I am even considering paying an early termination fee, it's that bad. For the first two months of my contract I was cut off about the time my payment was due for some unexplained reason. Everything was okay for another few months, but recently, everyday I have a loss off service no matter where I am. I have tried all the help guides to no avail and the CS are not interested when you explain the situation. They just quote the legal agreement, namely an termination fee will be required. After this rant, I'll be in touch with OFCOM, as looking online this is not a one off
