If there was the option of zero stars…
If there was the option of zero stars then I would have selected it. Please avoid if possible. Their customer service is appalling and the company seems extremely dodgy. After experiencing a car accident in one of their cars, the air bags didn’t deploy and the car didn’t have any emergency information manuals or phone numbers and 3 months later we are still in a dispute with them. Their whole protocol was a shambles anf They absolutely ruined our holiday.
