Courtesy Call
Been with Tomato since 14/01/25 and today received a courtesy call from VJ to see how my experience had been so far. VJ was very polite and knowledgeable giving me more confidence that the switch was a good one. All of my experiences so far have been positive in terms of the switch, tracking usage, billing and payments. I’ve not had any reason to call on customer service but the call today was reassuring anyhow.
