Supportive and prompt - disappointing update
I have been with Bitdefender for a while. Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to carry on with the subscription. Bitdefender have been supportive and responded promptly. Their response came with in hours and was dealt with within two days. 29th January 2025 Just arrived home and very very disappointingly, Bitdefender have taken MORE money out of my account after they told me they would cancel the subscriptions. Had to contact them to get the money back again.
