i rang so energy to arrange for myself to be put on my dads account as he is at a age where he struggling to keep on top of his bills when i called i got to speak to a lovely and very helpful lady called Jacqui who was so pleasant and understanding to the situation and after a few minutes everything was sorted i also asked her about bringing my dads gas over to so energy to which she advised on how to do this, which was go on so website and could do it on . now me not being completely technically minded had ago and after about 10 minutes gave as i wasn't sure where i needed to be so i rung so energy back and spoke to another lovely lady called Ellie and explained what i was trying to do and she was so helpful understanding especially after i had explained that i had spoken to Jacqui and had tried to do it online no avail. After a couple of minutes on hold so she could talk to Jaqcui she came back and we started the process to get my dads gas brought over to so energy as he was already having his electric supplied by so energy. while doing this and inbetween questions i got talking to Ellie and said to her that i was very highly impressed with so energy and now considering when the time comes to change both my gas and electric to so energy, to which Ellie was very pleasant and thanked me for that and said it would'nt be a problem for that to be done. so now its a case of waiting for the task team to get in touch to get the gas change done. please can both Jacqui and Ellie be given a pat on the back for their pleasant friendly welcoming approach to you're customers their service is absolutely excellnt!!!!!!
