Good Experience
The initial process took several phone calls to set up the pickup, because someone at the organization failed to contact the company that was supposed to pick the car up. HOEVER, once contact was made to the company picking up the car, they were very helpful. When the driver called to tell me he was on his way - he was actually early arriving, could not have been more professional and courteous, and everything was handled smoothly within a few minutes. Overall, a very good experience.
