This company is unbelievably bad

This company is unbelievably bad. Start with the online ordering process. You put something in your cart, go to checkout, it is not available. Not just one item, numerous items in one order. Or, you complete the checkout process and a few minutes later, you get a message that your order is canceled. Item is unavailable. Or you complete checkout, wait 2 weeks for your order; check the order status and find out the item is canceled. This happened to me with two orders. In should have learned my lesson but I thought I would give them another chance. This time I chose curbside pick up from the Joann Store aboutb10 miles away. It has been 8 days and I am still waiting. Further, they give you a number that you are to call when you arrive to pick up that order. No one has ever answered that phone line since I placed the order. Will they pick up if my order ever becomes ready for pick-up? I am done with this store. I will go to a small, independent store once my area reopens retail. In the meantime, my mother leaves in an area where retail has re-opened and has no Joann stores. She will buy my fabric from there and send it to me. She could send it by boat and it would still arrive before an order from Joann. Update. Less than two hours after this review going live, I got several emails from Joann Fabrics listing each item I had ordered was no longer available and my order was canceled. Coincidence?
