I wish there was a zero star
I wish there was a zero star , for the aftersales department, all went well, untill our flight home, from seattle to vaucouver then vancouver to heathrow. When we arrived at seattle , we checked in to our flight, to be handed " standby "tickets, as the flight was overbooked, and we were informed by the ticket dest that out travel agent had not booked the flight correctly, We were forced to find our own flights to heathrow that night , as ew were unable to get a flight to vancouver in time to connect to our flight home,which cost us £870 per person for four of us. Cut a long story short, AirCanada informed me on 19th Spetember that they have refunded Cruise 1st for our flight cost paid.... cruise 1st after sales department have now ignored 3 emails from myself asking them to repay the refinded monies to me. they engages with me at first, untill ive asked for the money to be paid to me. Im DISGUSTED !!!!! We have booked with Cruise 1st many time in the past, but wont ever again. They just want your money, we spent £4800 between us , plus the £3400 from 4 flights home. I am now taking my case to the ombudsman..... have warned them that i intend to, and still no response!!!!
