Second price increase in 12 months
I have today received my latest bill from you and I note that this is a second price increase within 12 months. While I appreciate that I have used more water in the last 6 months than I did previously , I am still using less than I was 12 months ago and yet am paying £17 a month more. During the previous 6 month period I used substantially less and still saw a price increase of £7.50 per month due to the jump in your volume charges. I am a single person living alone , looking at my bill one would think I was sat here running the taps all day. I think it is the outrageous how such price jumps are permitted when there is essentially no change in the standard of service you are providing to us. If you keep raising the volume charges it is telling customers that no matter how they try to save water (which is the right thing to do for the environment), ultimately their bills will not go down and will more likely increase.
