Sent a different brand to the one I ordered.
Fast delivery, but different brand eye drops to the one I ordered and paid for. Basically the same but I paid for a well known brand, all emails and even the invoice which came with the eye drops show the brand I ordered. I have no idea of the price of the brand which I received. This is the main problem, also the fact that I was not asked if the substitute was acceptable.
