First new phone on a contract
First new phone on a contract. Had looked into everything but some technical bits were beyond me. Chris in Sales was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He didn't treat me like an idiot but made sure I understood his explanation to my queries. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Mobile Phones Direct to anyone purchasing their first contract phone.
