I contacted VOXI through their website…
I contacted VOXI through their website to be offered a new contract. At no point did the agent mention that this would mean I wouldn’t have a VOXI account and would lose my unlimited social media benefit. I have been trying for two weeks to log in for them to say I don’t have an account. Staff were unhelpful and basically said I should have just known, taking no accountability. Wouldn’t recommend
