I have moved 5 times in 4 years. The customer service is the best I have ever had!

Having moved 5 times in four years I have had a lot of experience with different rental companies. Moving is stressful enough as it is so dealing with rental companies that don’t respond to your questions or maintenance requests or companies where if any small request that you ask of them falls outside their “company guidelines” and the deny it just makes the experience that much worse. I have to say that Dawn and her team have been the most responsive and understanding rental company that I have interacted with. I am not one that typically writes reviews but after some of the horrendous experiences I have had in the past I felt that their good work deserved some praise. Just to mention a few things that they have already gone above and beyond on: * They have someone who will contact you at the beginning of your move and after giving them a little background info they take care of transferring over ALL of the utilities and closing out your old ones. I thought I was going to have to pay a hefty fee for this but it was free. * They were willing to reimburse me for some minor changes that I made to the appliances even though I forgot to request their permission up front (which I recommend you do) * I had setup my auto billing incorrectly and was 15 days late on my rent which normally comes with a 10 dollar a day fine. After they reached out to me I realized the mistake I made explained what had happened and they dropped the fine. No rental company has ever given up the opportunity to collect a fine in my prior experience. I would strongly recommend them to any of my family or friends. It is so nice to be able to talk to Dawn and have an actual conversation where she is willing to listen to my side of the story instead of the typical robotic responses I have received from landlords in the past.
