Can't pay subsciption. No support.
For some unknown reason, I’m unable to pay for the subscription. The "Subscribe Now" button is inactive. The support team takes at least an hour to respond to any question and then closes the chat, even though I’ve had the chat window open for two days. When I asked if I could get a discount, the support agent rudely replied, "No. Anything else?" Additionally, when I tried to access the Help page, I received a "License Error" message. I truly don’t understand this poor—if not outright negative—user experience.
