AVOID AT ALL COSTS! JUST LOOK AT THE COMPLAINTS
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I have tried to speak with them many times but their lack of comprehension of my issue is simply beyond all reasoning! I no longer have the sim! I was not able to use it. It was on a pay as you go why are you taking a monthly payment ! Why is it showing making calls when it’s no longer in existence (deleted from my phone) Why for the last 6 weeks have you failed to answer queries. Why do you fail to respond to your “contact your team answering Trustpilot” well I think we know why after reading all the complaints on here. I think as customers we all really need to start raising the issue with the OMBUDSMAN is it not taking money by fraud if you don’t have services? and try to get publicity with Martin Lewis to warn people to stay away from Lyca or literally enter with your eyes wide open I thought mine were wide open so dipped my toes in for a month only for Lyca to keep taking money. Bizarrely it doesn’t show on the app but is evident in the bank chargers . I’ve raised a dispute fingers crossed . But anyone thinking of a contract ! Go with a reputable alternative! Oh and lyca trust pilot team don’t respond with you’re sorry, just reply to my previous email
