This agency has the highest charges for administration and does nothing for the clients in return ,600 pounds for emailing a contract and when you call them to get help with any problems once you`ve agreed and paid a rental they don´t even reply ,this was our experience at the Guildford office so if you are thinking of renting through them ,try other agents if I was you !!!
