Great Webshop, offerings and shipment. Customer service to improve.
Start with positive aspects, a clear webshop, trustworthy shipping, apart from the quality of the SD-card, everything works like a charm. E-mail exchange on the defect item was not according to expectations. A pitty, despite the fairly low +- 15 eur value of the item, the experience learns that I will refrain from ordering again. If the same happens with a high value item it's problematic. The defect is virtually immediately blamed onto the customer, even though from our side we left it open for debate and commercial attitude.
