Stolen parcel
Stolen parcel. £600 of rear shock absorbers. A picture of the parcel being delivered was provided but no delivery. Contacted the Post Office who told me immediately that they could see it was a non compliant delivery. After nearly 3 weeks of ignored calls/emails and some 6 days after their own deadline to respond to me, I got standardised email to say they are only willing to refund £50 even though I have sent all PayPal and posit office receipts detailing/proving the item stolen by their staff and costs involved. I’ll be taking the post office and DPD to small claims court
