Disappointed
Ordered a large order of items for Christmas including boxed gifts. While there was attention to detail with the glass candle packed beautifully the gift sets were just thrown in the box and have all been damaged. No packaging to prevent them from being damaged. Contacted customer service to get an automated email to return to the store. Simply not good enough, I order online because I can’t get to a store so how do they think I can return when I don’t physically go - is this not the purpose of online shopping ! Now I have several gifts which aren’t fit for purpose and have wasted money on them and am now going to have to seek alternative gifts. Asked for a refund or replacement of the damaged items but my emails are just ignored. 😟
