Another good Goldcar rental
Good experience with Goldcar at Olbia airport. Staff friendly with no insurance hard sell. Car provided did have more bumps and scratches than on the initial paperwork, but this was rectified with the office, only negative was that the updated paperwork was never received via email as promised, only the original one showing minimal damage. Car thoroughly checked on it's return as expected, but no nonsense of checking underneath the car with explosive search type mirrors and infra red lights as experienced recently with another car hire company. Deposit left as we had our own excess insurance policy, this was blocked on my credit card, and the full amount unblocked within about 5 days of returning. Overall, very pleased with the Olbia rental experience.
