Ask if item is ready to use or comes unassembled
The only drawbacks to my order were I wasn’t informed the chair would arrive unassembled, my husband and I are old and even the unpacking was a nightmare. Also I would have liked a pamphlet which tells in detail about the controls and what they do. The ordering and delivery were faultless.
