Good service, bad support system, and can't even give you a receipt.
I've been a happy customer with VOXI for approximately 6 years now. The service itself is excellent. It's good value and the offers are great. I topped up credit for my account so that I could roam outside of the standard coverage countries. I needed a receipt to expense this for my work. No receipt is emailed when you top up credit on VOXI. I submitted a receipt request on Vodafone, and they mistakenly believed that I was asking for a receipt for the purchase of my phone-- TWICE. I have been on 3 different support lines with VOXI and Vodafone support and they still cannot get me a receipt. Every time I try to contact support, it is a different person. Respectfully, it is unacceptable to not provide a receipt for money spent on a service or product. It may not seem like a lot of money to most people, but it matters to some of us, and at least by principle, it should not take so much of my time to chase down a simple receipt! Individually, VOXI support staff are polite and seemingly do their best to help, but the system set up at VOXI is not capable of resolving my issue. In fact, they would rather waste your time with an AI bot before they give you an agent. VOXI cares more about their cost of providing any support at all, than actually giving you support to fix your problems. Until VOXI fixes this issue for all their customers, my review will remain at 1 star.
