Used to be very easy but had problems…
Used to be very easy but had problems with the call centre. They rang & asked for my Ryanair log in. I refused as no telling who they were and the person obviously had some issues with speaking english. Then asked to do identification with Ryan air, had to pay for large hand luggage when the listing said included. Took the edge off booking a holiday really .
