Extended waiting for proof of usage
I needed my proof of usage for an insurance claim and was told to email my request. I did so on 27th June and was told that I will receive it within 48 hours. I therefore waited two working days untill Tuesday 01 July when I still had not received it. I therefore called the customer service department to chase this document. The call handler said she would escalate the request and said I should receive the document within 24 hours. This was not the case and I called up again on 2nd July to which I was told I would have to wait another 24 hours. I still had not received the document. I have now called again for the third time on 3rd July to which I was told the same thing: "The request has been escalated and you will receive it within 24 to 48 hours". This is quite frankly unacceptable and they are a nightmare to get any information from, having to wait nearly a week for a document that they promised I would receive in 48 hours on numerous occasions. If you ever need anything from Lyca, don't expect it to be easy, or that you will even get any information at all. Terrible customer service.
