This company were recommended by Persimmon when we recently purchased a new house. Whilst we have a couple of other solicitors we have used, and been very happy with, it sometimes makes for a quicker process, when buying new, to go with the recommended one as they understand the builders way of doing things, especially when they probably have sold many of the properties on the estate. In this case everything went smoothly and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again should we decide to buy any more properties.
