Worse booking experience ever

I tried to book 1 supercar experience after I looked at the video on their website where it is explained every step. It does not make any sense, the booking process it is totally different in reality. My money, £100 were taken from bank account straight away. Which is the voucher code so I can complete my booking ???? I do not have any details of booking, I did not received any email, I have just a booking reference which shows that I paid. I am so so dissapointed and frustrated as it supposed to be a gift for my brother in law birthday for today! I want my money back and I will not use this website again. Also, it is no one which can help you, the offices are closed and they do not respond on whatsup.

Worst customer service

Do not use his mobile network operator as the customer service is disgraceful. I amwaiting for 2 hours to talk with a human agent online. I need a replacement for my sim card for 1 week already, I am not able to use it at all as the sim is damaged and is not working in any phone.
