Poor customer service.
Ordered on the evening of March 29, Credit Card charged on March 30. After delay with prescription was resolved on April 5, they claimed they would ship right away. Posted tracking number on April 6 and never updated status again. Contacted via telephone several times and never received a call back. Finally emailed and received a response that they were sorry and a new order would be shipped immediately via priority mail and I would receive a new tracking number, never did and yesterday April 18 after no response to several emails and phone calls I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Worst customer service and online company I have attempted to use in years. Had to go back to vet refill meds twice and now have to search for another source. Would give them no stars if that was possible.
