I spoke to a lady called Hannah I believe and she was so helpful like most people who’s drowning I debt for years I chose to ignore the letters I chose to bin them soon as they come through the door but today I decided I could no longer live like this I had to start facing these issues and thank god I got Hannah on the phone she was super helpful super professional and understanding we went through everything she was genuinely concerned about my mental health and how the pressures of debt was affecting and together we come up with an affordable payment plan that I could stick too and that won’t affect my day to day live I’m so grateful and happy that she was the one who picked up the phone to me she was nothing short of amazing
