Very poor
Very poor. Forced to use this shambles of a company due to a remortgage with Santander but they are so incredibly slow and in some instances taking up to 3 weeks to reply to messages on their portal (which is also poorly designed - how can you have zero tasks to do but messages to read on a separate menu which you can’t see without clicking on it!). Overall I feel they’ve taken on too many clients and their staff are at breaking point or their staff don’t care, either way it’s not good.
