I have been with Bord Gais since 1998…
I have been with Bord Gais since 1998 and always find them easy to contact and excellent customer service. I find there prices very competitive. I like to pay by level pay so I always know how much my bills will be up to 3 months in advance. I also pay €17 per month for boiler care. This cover’s my yearly service and any call out’s I need plus over €1000 worth of parts. I have my boiler 18 years and its still working well. I would not change suppliers because every year when my contract is up for renewal they offer me great deals. I find Bord Gais is one of the few companies who actually rewards loyal customers.
