Exceptional staff members
I would highly recommend CSM, having dealt with Jean Clarke & Amanda McAleese very closely for many years (as a property owner in Ashley Courtyard, where CSM are the block management company). Jean & Amanda were exceptionally professional in every communication verbally or via email that I had with them. Their efficiency was outstanding. Due to unavoidable personal circumstances I had difficulty servicing the fees for a period of time-Jean was so understanding, respectful & helpful that I felt lifted by her kind nature which made me very keen to make sure I did what I could to always honour the payments to CSM. When the property was damaged by a leak from an upstairs apartment, just 2 days before Christmas, (when my Mum was in ICU), Amanda was simply amazing pulling out all the stops so that the situation didn't add to the stress I was already feeling. I need to highly commend Helena Zalewska & Peter Garvey on their efficiency too. It was a just a pleasure to work with CSM simply because of these particularly amazing staff members, and would highly recommend CSM as a management company that should be your first choice.
