Excellent company and great staff
It would be a 5 but im always honest and my booking had an error in it which had to be rectified, however this was done with wonderful professionalism and efficiency by the booking Agent Shona Pritchard, What a credit she is to the company friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Got me a cheaper deal than i could find elsewhere even if only by a few pounds they all help. I shall certainly be booking my next cruise with Shona im a firm believer in being loyal when im so well treated.. so a special thanks to Shona Pritchard. I've felt compelled despite the error in the booking initially to add an extra star 🌟 and make it the full 5, the reason is simple I've since made two changes of cabin by my request and Shona has put up with me being ( a complete pain to her i am sure ) she has done this for me with a smile and laugh and made me feel valued still even though i was changing my mind like the weather for several days. So i really can't fault them one bit. They thoroughly Deserve every one of those 5 Stars 🌟 Once again thank you to Shona for being so patient with me and staying friendly and extremely professional
