My opinion avoid
After 16 weeks of back-and-forth, the process is complete. Due to their inefficient handling, my step daughter missed the chance to avoid the stamp duty increase, resulting in a significant financial burden. Their lack of timeliness and responsiveness in managing for the purchaser was disappointing ,It left a lot to be desired as the day before completion they were not in receipt of the signed paperwork or the deposit leaving everyone in the chain on edge. ( this was our personal experience)
