Outrageous cancellation cost
The fee for cancelling an order is 749 Swedish crowns on top of paying for the return shipping. They state a 5 day delivery on their website. I cancelled it after 12 days because the delivery company (DHL) had not yet received the product and I had not received any communication from the company.
