I bought my property in New Addington through Paul Meakin and as a first time buyer, the whole process was difficult at beginning. But the supports and professional advices that I received from the team in the Addington branch made it easy for me as things were progressing. The whole team were fantastic and very helpful especially Amy Hedgecox who I first met while I was viewing properties in different areas. Also, Natalie Chapman was amazing, she replied to my emails promptly and answered all my questions. Though, there were so many other staff that assisted me during the processing but I only remembered Amy and Natalie. Thanks to you all
