Useless
Was seen by Dr Mahmood via video consult, who was totally useless. Despite telling him i was in severe pain that wouldn't resolve and I have a diagnosis of osteoporosis which I sent him proof of before the consult (although I don't think he bothered to look), he said he couldn't give me anything for the pain despite there being clear documented justification and him having the ability to provide a small supply of S4 meds if he wished. When I asked for releif he just shook his head and then waved his hand goodbye to me, he couldn't have been more dismissive if he tried.
