Thieves at Thornley Groves Chester
I don’t even think this company deserves one star. Very unprofessional, communication is poor and Kent Holman needs re training as he cannot do is job and try’s to talk over you on the phone until he realises he can’t and puts the phone down like a little dweeb that he is. Waited over two weeks to get our deposit back from leaving the property and then was told we have been given a £195 cleaning bill when inspection report says the flat was left in good condition overall. This estate agent and the landlord Karen Haynes are thieves. Use another estate agent not this one as you will be robbed of your money and left in the dark with no communication. And when you ask the manager to call you back Jenny Phoenix well I am still waiting on a call which says a lot.
