Reliable service, could improve customer wait times
Georgia Power has been my electricity provider for over 8 years and I've rarely experienced outages. The online portal makes it easy to pay bills and track usage. However, when I do need to call customer service, the wait times can be quite long, sometimes over 20 minutes. Overall satisfied with the reliability of service.
