Awful customer service!
Awful customer service! We were unable to make a call on Voxi in our postcode. Gave them all the evidence, said it wasn't just my phone and they made me try everything you can think of multiple times over 5 days. A different agent pics up the chat each time and they don't always read what has been actioned. They wouldn't escalate it to an engineer. When they finally had everything they required to raise it to an engineer I received a call from Vodafone asking me to do it all over again. Had enough, switched to 3 and have no problems.
