DONT DO IT THEY ARE FRAUDULENT CROOKS
If i could give it -75 stars i would. So we applied to a house in Columbia SC. Everything was ok at first, but i asked to tour the home one more time before we signed lease and discovered the fraud this rental company truly is. I called and spoke with tawny at first she seemed helpful and eager to help but not for long. Went to tour the property to see if my concerns had be addressed (issue was live ROACHES in the home) i was still willing to rent all i asked for was for the home to be professionally treated by a reputable company. Tawny said just call her when we were there she would give me the lock box code to enter I already paid 1499 to have the house taken off the market. Well its a 17 minute drive from my home to the rental called her when I arrived got no answer called 6 times before she would answer. So once im inside the house was horrible they fog bombed the house themselves and there was still live roaches. Along with a broken window upstairs and a window that was painted open. Broken shutters etc. so of course we decide not to take possession of this home bc I don’t do roaches and clearly they don’t care to pay a professional to do anything. I called again to let them know I don’t want to move in and of course get no answer i called multiple times. So while on hold waiting on my phone i call from my sisters phone and immediately Tawny picks up. Think I surprised her bc she seemed shocked when i told her it was me. I requested my refund minus the 6 days the house was “off the market” which she claims was 7 days how 8/12 to 8/18 is 7 days im not sure but anyway she tells me they have to mail me a check ummmm why not refund it to my card that i paid with. I promised a follow up email which i never received i sent an email to them as a follow up and record for my lawyers if I don’t get my money back. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL do not use them!!!!!!!
