Bhrigette Galvez should get a raise! I contacted her today as I am transferring out to Covau and the new retailer claimed that COVAU has declined my transfer request when in reality they never sent it. After doing a thorough investigation she gave it to in writing and at no point she was being pushy/rushing or her demeanor change so much so that I'm now working with her to see if COVAU can match the rates of my new retailer so I can stay and enjoy the awesome customer service given by her. Mind you it was my idea to retain myself not hers since I discovered the new provider lied to me which doesn't sit well me. She even went as far as providing all the ref nos and code for transfers via email and patiently waited while I received the email and answered all my questions with professionalism. I really do hope COVAU can retain me! Cheers Yogi
