They don’t deliver
Like many others, my order tracking says ‘failed delivery’, but other than that zero info on where it is, no re-delivery options, no next steps. I didn’t get contacted by the company so I reached out to them, twice, and no response. Ordered in mid-November, now not sure if I’ll get this present for my mother in time for Christmas. Buy elsewhere.
