This casita more than met our expectations. Close to attractions. Easy to find and access major roads and airports. Master bathroom awesome. Especially appreciated the heated tile floor in winter months. Kitchen facilities were great and all needed appliances were available. On arrival, we had an issue with housekeeping, but it was immediately addressed and they were more than generous in making it up to us. Thank you!!! We will be making frequent trips to SF to visit our son and his family, so have already booked this casita for our next visit. It would be great to update beds from queen size to king size. It snowed twice while we were there and could not find a snow shovel anywhere. Perhaps keep one available for use. Aloha and mahalo.
