Newbie issues
Having easily set up my account as a free version of the software, I ran into difficulties with the billing. It was always saying that there was an issue with the payment even though this was the free version. After several days of this, my account was finally disabled and I couldn't get into my account to make any adjustments or amendments of any kind. I reached out to support to find a solution. They were kind and helpful and were always there trying to help me resolve the issue. After several failed attempts and a phone call, it showed that the password I had recently changed did not match the one they had on record. This does not mean to say they had my password, just the first and last digit, which was enough to show that that was the issue. Thanks again guys for being there and helping a newbie through some teething issues.
