Good experience overall
I wish I could give 5star review due to very polite and nice experience with the estate agents, big thanks to Aun Shah (otherwise this would have been 1 star), but at the end of our 2.5 years tenancy the landlord tried to charge us more than half of our deposit despite leaving the flat in better condition than when we first saw it. So for anyone reading this, make sure you take loads of pictures prior to moving in, in case you need to show proof at the end of your tenancy. Overall, good experience despite the hiccup at the end. The agency has automated online portal to report issues etc, most of which are resolved quick. If I ever need to rent again, I would use Thornley Groves services, but yet again - take loads of photos of the place before you move in, learn from my mistakes.. :)
