Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a card through email and their payments system does not work. It crashed multiple times at checkout with my credit card (which works everywhere else) but I got it to go through (but pending) with PayPal. But it remained pending for a day. I contacted customer service twice and asked them how to clear the transaction. They told me just to wait. Even though PayPal released the funds Spa Finder could not clear the transaction. I contacted their customer service twice and they did nothing. They didn’t tell me how to give another card or another way to make it go through. The payment was ultimately rejected and they didn’t even give me an email to inform me the card was never sent. Their tech does not work. Very disappointing.
