A great overall experience in India on the Golden Triangle tour. A very helpful and knowledgeable local guide named Anuj ( AJ ) and skilled bus driver and helper. An eye opening trip as India is very different to the UK. Try to get some rupees before leaving. Plan for summer weather even in winter but sandals are ok although trainers recommended too. Hotels of high quality. Highlights are the Taj Mayal and seeing a tiger on the first safari. You have a 20% chance. Be prepared for peddlers and beggars. You need to tip in toilets ( small change ) I would definitely recommend this trip but don’t forget a small medical kit and don’t forget your Imodium although if you are careful you should be ok. Lots of bottle water supplied on the coach and in the hotels. An unforgettable experience with a nice group!( 31 people )
