UK Food Intolerance

Waited for the delivery. It has not arrived.

Never received product

Ordered a test on 13/06/2025, not received, emailed on 25/06/2025 & 08/07/2025 nothing heard back at all, no response. So all I can assume is this is a scam company.

Process was really quick. A thorough report was also given. Really happy with it.

I still haven’t received any results week 3 I’ve tried contacting and get told the same thing they will let me know when the lab receives samples still nothing

I ordered the kit and it never arrived. Emailed to chase and zero response!

Alice was amazing and kept the whole experience afloat and sorting out the computer glitches, without her I wonder would we have had results. We now finally have downloaded our results. The computer system and database seems like it is not functioning as efficiently as it could do. After an exchange of several emails we got our results, but the system would not let us register!

I wouldn't give any As nothing was sent and money taken out and no one replied back Terrible avoid

I was feeling constantly tired and a friend recommended Uk food Intolerance. I was delighted that the results uncovered certain foods that were responsible for my symptoms and eliminating them from my diet has made a difference. I now feel so much better.

No clear instructions in the first email so I sent off my hair sample with the code you gave me then when I queried what has happened you gave me more clearer instructions. I’ve asked for a refund as I’m not happy

I haven’t received the results yet however slightly disappointed as I sent an email through the contact us part in the email I received and I haven’t received a response!

The test pack arrived quickly ..it was easy to complete , the results took a short while so I contacted Alice who was able to track them straight away for me ..normally it didn't take so long which she apologised for ..the results were very in depth & informative. Very happy with the whole experience especially dealing with Alice...what a star 🌟

Never received my test, and there's yet no response to my message requesting help on this subject.

I have been on a lactose intolerance diet for ten weeks so sent for this UK Intolerance Test it seems as I’m not lactose intolerant but still have a digestive issue which I am experimenting with at the moment and hope this will solve my problem.

Has to be a scam, I ordered a test on the 8th of may, money was taken out away, never received a email or any instructions on what happens next or what to do, complete scam i emailed for a refund but no luck in that
